My name is Kaitlyn, and I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Preferred Real Estate.  Working in customer service, and volunteering in my community, I developed a love of helping people.  Raising my family in a home that we own, sparked my interest in real estate.  From looking for the right neighbourhood, the home that suited our needs, and finding a floorplan that fit with our lives, the process was intimidating but exciting.

Growing up in the Stonewall area, gave me an appreciation for connecting with people, and helped form deep roots in my community.  Relocating south of Winnipeg, I have happily formed those same bonds and continue to enjoy all that small town living has to offer.  Being close to Winnipeg provides my family with the best of both worlds.  Access to worldclass entertainment, arts, culture, the Blue Bombers and the Jets, make living in Manitoba awesome.  

I am excited to share my love of our province, and communities, and my skill set as a Realtor with home buyers and sellers to assist them in achieving their real estate goals.
